Legal information

Accessibility statement

Mès & Marais is committed to making its website accessible to everyone, in line with article 47 of French law no. 2005-102 of 11 February 2005.

1. Compliance status

The site is being brought into line with the French General Accessibility Improvement Guidelines (RGAA 4.1), with full compliance as the goal. [TO COMPLETE: audit results, date and auditor.]

2. What is in place

Keyboard navigation, skip link, structured headings, labelled forms with input hints and explicit error messages, colour contrasts checked in light and dark modes, text resizable up to 200%, animations turned off when your system asks for it, text alternatives for images. Automated checks are re-run on every change.

3. Known limits

Automated checks only cover part of the RGAA criteria: a manual audit is still needed. Content being written, marked in square brackets, may be incomplete. [TO COMPLETE: list of non-compliances after the audit.]

4. Report a problem

If you cannot access a piece of content or a service, write to us: we will reply within [TO COMPLETE: delay] and provide an alternative. [TO COMPLETE: contact e-mail and phone.]

5. Remedies

If your request does not get a satisfactory answer, you can write to the French Défenseur des droits (online form on defenseurdesdroits.fr) or send a free, unstamped letter: Défenseur des droits, Libre réponse 71120, 75342 Paris CEDEX 07, France.
